The Dynamic Tower

This is the Dynamic Tower in Dubai.  This is a planned architectural wonder, designed by David Fisher, will have each floor rotate uniquely and independently.  This will result in constantly changing shape, and I believe it is going to be a marvelous sight.

They said construction is supposed to finish (or begin) in late 2011.  Does anyone have any news regarding this one?  I’m quite psyched because it’s such a wonder.  I would love to see it with Dylan, and it’s close enough for a quick peek (along with a few hours of shopping too).  If you have any news, let me know. :)

Weightless

I know he loves me exactly the way I am, no matter what shape or size I choose to come in.  But somehow, I feel like I am not at my best.  I hope one day I can feel as confident as I was when we first met.  I don’t necessarily want to be weightless, but I want to be the kind of girl you effortlessly pick up. :)

Snape and Shakespeare

I have heard of this clip a few months ago, and my biggest mistake was to not save that link.  Managed to find it in YouTube.

I imagine Snape reading this in class, but then again, Snape is too snooty.  Either way, it is a very romantic reading.

Because Snape is mentioned, I figured fan art must be posted. :)

Stuck in my head

Since I last saw my college girls, I can’t get this song out of my head.

I remember the slow drunk dance, Chasing Pavements with drinks in the air, the Chickenjoy gifts, and of course, the morning when everyone else is still asleep.  :)

See you soon.  2012 is ours. :)

One Roxas Triangle

I’ve always been so intrigued by this building.  According to Wikipedia, it is the 15th tallest building in the Philippines.  Each time I see it at night, it stands there with its classic elegance, quietly boasting, never humble, as if rubbing in my face what I’ve been missing all this time.

And I often wonder what it’s like to live in a place as posh and luxurious as this one.  Maybe I’m just blowing it all off in massive disproportion in my head, maybe it’s not as good as I think it is.  But still it would be nice to find out for myself.

Oh and did I mention that One Roxas Triangle is right across my workplace?  I’d love to wake up at 7 in the morning, only to find out that even if I move at a snail’s pace, I’d still be early for work.

Ah, to dream big.
