I am a bawling mess.

I logged in last night on Facebook and saw this clip from a cousin:

I am such a mess.  I just couldn’t stop crying the entire time I was watching the clip.  (Actually, I’m still crying as I am reposting it now.)  I wonder everyday since the end was announced if there will ever be another book like this.  Another book this magnificent and amazing and enchanting.  I wonder if there’ll be another character in the future that my kids will turn to when they’re lonely or lacking in imagination.  A character from the pages given by the wisdom and imaginings of one inspired person that will tell my kids to dream big, to believe in the impossible, to find the magic in them.

These are the books that will last generations.  I cannot wait to read them again before I watch the last 135 minutes of this wonderful journey.

I am so happy and grateful and blessed to be part of the generation that started reading again.  Thank you, J K Rowling, for the books that brought us back to our bookstores and libraries, and reunited us with youthful fantasies that we thought we lost.

Our fifth anniversary

It was almost surreal.  I don’t think either of us ever thought we’d reach this far.

I am so happy.  There are no words to fully capture the joy I have in heart to be in his arms.  I have no words.  Probably because he has them all.  :)

Thank you, Dylan, for an amazing celebration.  To us.  Always.  Hold tight.  :)

Oh and just in case I haven’t said it enough, I love you.

It was an amazing Saturday, Dy.  I am looking forward to all our next adventures.  Only you.  Always you.

Early morning surprise

I came home pretty late last night (more on why later).  I think I came through the door at exactly 12:42 AM today, and it was nice to come in not alone.  Dylan took me home.  I was half-expecting him to spend the night, but he can’t really leave his ladies in QC now can he? :)

So I was hurrying because he had to leave soon.  QC is a long commute from Las Pinas.  I got him his water while he freshened up in the bathroom, and I quickly went in my room to take off my shoes, grab my slippers and tie my hair in a bun.  The house was surprisingly warm in spite of the time.  I noticed this little orange package in the corner, but did not mind it until Dylan left.

I became quite giddy when I took out that package.

When I opened it, I was squealing a little.

By now, I’ve already started my boogie dance.

I know right!  I was just complaining how I never get to run anymore and now, my mother just gave me another reason to!  Apart from health reasons of course. ;p

We gotta break this baby in!!!!

Fantastic way to start a Friday!  After my dose of Chuchi, I am definitely hitting the pavement with these.  :)

Capricorn’s horoscope for the day

Gah.  I know right.  I am not really the kind who believes in astrology, but I just got so giddy when I saw my love meter for the day that I completely neglected the horoscope telling me to be more careful of my finances!  Hahahahaha.  Look!

I guess I’m just really really joyful and thankful that we are in such a good place right now.  It almost feels like I’ve been waiting for so long just to feel this way:  the right mix of contentment, satisfaction and happiness.

I pray every night that you too find the chance or opportunity — whichever applies best — for you to feel as blessed as I am today.

Two pounds and something to be madly passionate about

It is no secret that I recently took more aggressive steps in losing the unwanted weight gain through Plana Forma.  So far, I’ve been having a ball, though I am still thoroughly upset that I wasn’t able to go to the weekend classes.  Hopefully, I can make up for it this week.  The goal would be four classes at least this week.  Now I just have to teach Ted how to get there so he can pick me up after the workout.

I hopped on the scale this morning.  I do this every week just to check if there’s any additional items I should be worried about (aka pounds).  Much to my surprise, I lost 2 pounds!  I don’t know where else to attribute it to because all I did this week was the Plana Forma classes.  I didn’t run (much to my dismay) and I am sure as hell I didn’t make any alterations to my eating, so there.  Let’s see what my weight will be should I reach my four-class target this week.

Lately, I’ve been so crazy about Pinterest.  It’s basically a virtual inspiration board of everything and anything you can think of.  The faux artiste in me has been pinning like crazy; I wouldn’t be surprised if I’d be pegged as less than productive this week.  But here are some of the cool finds I got from Pinterest.  You’ll have to request an invite, but I think I still have some referrals up my sleeve.  Should you be interested, just let me know and leave a comment below!

The good thing about Pinterest is the fact that you can customize your inspiration boards.  I have cute stuff, food, places to visit and fashion as some of my boards.  You can create as many as you want!  There are even DIY pins, images of DIY project that come with a link to DIY!  Hahahaha.  DIY DIY DIY.  I guess I’m encouraging you to make 2011 a crafty one.  As of the moment, I am going crazy with all these quotes.  I mean, who wouldn’t?

Well, without further ado, go crazy for my pins!
