The Great Light Show

I date my mother as much as I can, and lately she’s been bugging me about that ice cream Dylan and I had at the beginning of the year.  It was actually Gelatissimo, but because we were itching to go home, we settled for Caramia in Amici at the Ayala Triangle Gardens.

After our scoop of gelato, we started walking and noticed that there was a set up of Christmas lights in the middle of the garden.  As it turned out, it was the first night of the annual light show they usually have.

My mother kept saying, “Tell Marga to bring Chuchi here, she will enjoy it so much!”  And in my head, I should tell Kuya Paolo to bring Marga and Chuchi here.  Hahahaha.

PS.  We got to taste Gelatissimo and we were fortunate to enjoy it half off!  We visited on their third anniversary.  My mother wants more.

My 2011 Holiday Wish List Part 2

I need the yoga mat for the days when I can’t go to the gym, so I can just do my circuit training at home.

I’m running out of book storage space for quite some time now, not to mention surfaces to put store them too.  This kind of book rack would just be perfect for my tiny room.

I envied Marga’s organized closet so maybe if I had these, my closet would be organized too.

I didn’t really notice it at first, but I seem to have a growing collection of belts.  I’d like a place to put them.

So there you go. My entire wish list. :)

Gwyneth Paltrow kicks ass

It does take one day to take off what I took on for a year.  I was careless and reckless and completely uncaring of how the food I’m eating is affecting everything in my body.  So Gwyneth Platrow gives me a whole lot more perspective.

I promise to work my ass off, even during the holidays.  I can do this.

My niece loves to read

I loved the weekend I spent with my niece mainly because I saw just how much she loves books.

I would like to believe I passed it on to her.  Together with Bianca.  And Tita Pinky.  And Tita Babeth.  And… maybe everyone in the Lolarga clan.  But still, I passed it on.

My 2011 Holiday Wish List

I am making this wish list so that you don’t have to think what to give me.  I’d appreciate you making your own wish list too, so I’m sure you’ll like what we give you.  On a best effort basis of course. :)
