Damaging awkwardness

Do you still remember her?  I was browsing YouTube last night (coz I realized it’s been a while since I last did that) and I ran into this video.  And I remember the songs that Plumb used to sing.

So what would you say to me if you could talk to me
You could ask anything, I wouldn’t lie
But you’re okay with this, damaging awkwardness
So I’ll just play it safe And keep it inside
‘Cause boys don’t cry

I wonder when and why I stopped listening to her.

In short, yes, Plumb is now in my playlist. :)

Taken from Nueva Vizcaya

Last week, we did a marketing blitz and product orientation run in our Ilagan branch.  Actually, we’ll be doing a lot of runs till the end of the month.

For those who have not traveled by land to Isabela, it’s about 10 hours away from Manila.  That’s not even an exaggeration.  We left early, like 4 in the morning early, and still arrived after lunch, 2:30 to be exact.

Anyway, in the middle of the long and winding road, I woke up to find that we’re in Nueva Vizcaya.  I looked out the window and saw this:

I think I should explore the countryside more.  I keep forgetting how beautiful it is.  A fleeting moment, and I was fortunate to capture it as still as this.

Cutesy prospecting!

Dylan and I attended the birthday of a really good friend.  We made friends with his family when we were just starting out, so when his wife gave birth, he got Dylan as one of the godfathers.

So while celebrating — over fantastic shabu-shabu, if I may add — we saw this little Chinese girl at the other table.  Dylan’s godson, Jenchi, immediately started jumping up and down, as if trying to catch her attention.  It was the cutest thing ever.  Dylan, being the good godfather, immediately whispered advice to the kid.  I know!  He’s so adorbs. :)

This is the end result.

We’re expecting a wedding invitation 20 years from now.  Hahahahaha.

Kids are endlessly adorable. :)

Favorite behind the scenes ever

I know I am a Harry Potter freak!  Hahahahaha.  I don’t know when to stop the magic. :)

This has to be my most favorite Harry Potter behind the scenes clip.

Enchanted

I saw these pieces the first time on Pinterest.  They immediately caught my eye, mainly because everything seems to be so dreamy.  So I explored the site and I am introduced to BHLDN.

Originating from a Dutch word meaning “to keep”, BHLDN prides itself for creating dreamy, inspired pieces for not-so-ordinary occasions, making it far more memorable and inspirational than one can even imagine.

These cover-ups are just so adorable.  I think I mostly loved them for their styling, but you cannot deny the fact that these are well made clothes.  Well made INSPIRED clothes.
