I am happy to report that I have accomplished most of my 2010 resolutions. Those I accomplished (most of the time) were:
- Always wear matching underwear.
- Create and maintain a savings account.
- Pay communication bills on time all the time.
- Run more.
Yeah, that’s pretty much all I’ve accomplished out of the 10 items on my list. And since I seem to have five as a comfortable number, I stuck to five resolutions this year.
And I made sure my resolutions are written in a very encouraging manner. I know. Silly.
Continue saving. You’re doing a great job right now; you just have to keep it up. Keep in mind you’re saving up for something big, could be a car, a house, or something else. Basta, it’s big.
Relearn photography. It won’t take you six months. Devote time for your favorite hobby because this can be your most effective avenue for self-expression. Preserve the artsy fartsy.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Utilize your gym membership? Make your trainers reside in the office and grab another pair or running during the weekends. Better, join Dylan occasionally for boxing.
Do your best to meet deadlines. You have big shoes to fill, especially because this year will kick off an entirely new business for the bank. Deadlines dictate accountability. So be more accountable.
Pray more often. ‘Nuff said right there.
However, I do have to admit I have a pretty long to do list. Not sharing that one as it includes incredulous items. I am not about to reveal my insanity here.
I smell like chocolate. I spent the afternoon baking cookies and brownies. Hmmm. I better start cleaning those baking sheets. :)
Happy new year everyone. :) Photos to come later.
