I love my new shoes!

Yup.  That’s basically the reason why I blogged. :)  I renewed my love for shoes by purchasing a pair with my own cold hard tax-deducted cash!  Hahahaha.

The best part of it is the fact that Dylan loved it on me. :)  You gotta love a man who loves a woman in her heels. :)

And I’m off.  That’s basically it.  A tribute to my new pair.  Imagine what October would look like.  *hint hint*

The crazy that was MOA

The SM Mall of Asia went on a crazy sale over the weekend, with items up to 70% off.  That’s MALL WIDE SALE.  That’s 42 hectares of land, 390,193 sq m of sale goodness, right smack in the end of the longest metropolitan freeway in the country, with an effin’ big globe shining in the middle flashing a bright red arrow yelling SALE!

We managed to drag my father to come with us.  He kind of disapproved how ‘disheveled’ I looked.  He said, I look like I’m lounging around the house.  But do you really have to dress up so much just to go to the mall?  I wore really pretty earrings.

No make up

I love my earrings!

I love my mom for always wanting to shop.  And we even played around in the dressing room.

My mom exhaling

My mom inhaling. She insists she looks better here.

Cannot wait for more sales.  I just love shopping with a budget.  Hahahah!  Toodles!

Print on me.

Just some Chictopians whose prints I fell in love with.

(This post is slightly in mourning since I learned the fact that we’re not allowed to wear prints to this event at work.)

Bag ’em. Take ’em and go.

Current fascination:  shoes.  But I can’t be talking about shoes all the time.  That’ll only make me look like I’m trying to be that Imeldific.  Though I do have a goal of having enough pairs to wear one for each day of the year.

Anyway, looking at my closet, not only do I lack proper clothes, but I also lack bags.  So I headed back to my world at Chictopia for inspiration and a lot of ladies there have great choices.  From Alexander Wang to Balenciaga, H&M to Urban Outfitters, Forever21 to vintage items, these ladies have it all.  Now the next step would be having them all in my closet.

And by them, I mean the bags. :)

So yeah.  I am in dire need of shopping and everything superficial that will make me instantaneously happy.  Even for just five minutes.  Or at least the purchase period.  But then again there’s that looming piece of news I am yet to receive.

Hmmmm.  Take them and go. :)

It was a shoe day!

It is quite seldom that I get to go with my mom in the mall and actually love waiting on her.  Hahaha.  I believe as we grow older, we become more impatient, even with the people who have relentlessly been patient with us.  So yesterday, we had an early mall day in hopes of getting gifts for the NJ peeps.

I haven’t been there for so long!  I actually don’t remember the last time I’ve been to SM Southmall.  It’s currently undergoing renovations and the center kind of reminds me of 168 in Divisoria. :)  Hahahaha.  But the department store?  It’s slowly taking the shape and form of the one in Makati.  Henry Sy should be proud of his renovating team.  They’re doing a pretty good job.

They call this area the Food Street. New restos with fusion menus. I wonder when I can get to eat here.

I found Allan the Frog! Hahahaha. Awww dear, you know it comes from a really good place. :)

And this is the entrance of the new department store. Bright and shiny, yeah?

And the shoe extravaganza began.
