Just some Chictopians whose prints I fell in love with.
(This post is slightly in mourning since I learned the fact that we’re not allowed to wear prints to this event at work.)
We’ve been trying very hard to be an interesting family again. And by interesting, I mean rediscover the beauty of dining out. It was quite fun, convincing my mother to dine out one evening. To be honest, if there won’t be an event, I highly doubt we’d ever eat out. That’s the price you pay for having parents that cook like chefs and are satisfied with the usual dishes.
So yeah, I elbowed them to get me my fix of dining out. First stop was Hap Chan, about a couple of weeks ago. :)

They have pretty good house tea. We had about two refills of this.

Their shark's fin dumpling is soooo good.
Now, I don’t think I’ve been around long enough to have enough documented proof of Pinoy celebrity goofs, but I do have a handful of them.
Each one more hilarious than the first.
Something about the erring factor of these high-profile personalities really tickles my funny bone. Hahaha. I know that sounds mean, but I have my finals on Monday, and I need distraction to at least keep me sane. I do after all stress out a lot when it comes to these things.

That darned degree.
Current fascination: shoes. But I can’t be talking about shoes all the time. That’ll only make me look like I’m trying to be that Imeldific. Though I do have a goal of having enough pairs to wear one for each day of the year.
Anyway, looking at my closet, not only do I lack proper clothes, but I also lack bags. So I headed back to my world at Chictopia for inspiration and a lot of ladies there have great choices. From Alexander Wang to Balenciaga, H&M to Urban Outfitters, Forever21 to vintage items, these ladies have it all. Now the next step would be having them all in my closet.
And by them, I mean the bags. :)
So yeah. I am in dire need of shopping and everything superficial that will make me instantaneously happy. Even for just five minutes. Or at least the purchase period. But then again there’s that looming piece of news I am yet to receive.
Hmmmm. Take them and go. :)
I haven’t written for the past week. That’s how it felt like. Looking at the last few posts, I realized how impersonal they were. And how I’ve been avoiding confronting myself lately.
I’d like to think it’s the usual hump, the big gap, the missing part, or at least that space between here and there that you can’t quite decipher. I’d like to think that I just have nothing much to write. I’d like to think so many things… but I have been thinking too much.
